3rd: Grilled Peaches with Stracciatella and Sicilian Sweet & Sour Sauce

4th: Scallop Crudo in Citrus with Watermelon, Pea Greens, and Basil Oil

5th: Garganelli Pasta with Grilled Swordfish and Black Olive Powder
