The seven course menu is always a work in progress up until the day of. This is often due to ingredients being available at the local farmers market. Therefore, the below menu may be different the night of:

- Roasted Carrot Soup with Curry Leaf Oil
- Pea Shoot Salad
- Burrata, Asparagus, and Fava Beans
- Chicken Croquettes
